Jaguar Land Rover Group customers are soon to be enjoying the “sparks effect” with the upcoming launch of their first electric / hybrid car – the Range Rover Sport P400 PHEV.
This new green model will be powered by a 295bhp two-litre ingenium petrol engine with an 85kW motor, which is run by a 13KWh lithium-ion battery. The aforementioned promises to achieve a combined fuel consumption of over 100mpg with emissions of well under 70G/KM.

Using solely electric power, the plug-in hybrid Range Rover can drive for up to 31 miles on electric power and by using a rapid charge facility, its battery can be fully charged in under three hours or around 7.5 hours using a domestic 13A socket supply at home.
Prices start from just under £70,800 for the P400 HSE rising to £84,400 for the fully loaded top line Autobiography Dynamic.
Its due on sale in 2018!
